Cheekpieces helped him to a second career victory three months ago but he has bombed out in all three starts since. Switch to a visor failed to inspire last time and he looks one to have reservations about at present.
Largely consistent sort who appears to act on any going. Well beaten in better company last time but mixes with more his kind here. Top rider booked and one for the shortlist.
Landed a Lingfield maiden last August (7½f, good to firm) and ran well in defeat when last seen in a Newmarket handicap over today's trip (good-to-soft) in October. Down the field on debut for this yard and has been off three months since.
It took a while for him to take advantage of a competitive mark but he has now obliged with two successes at Yarmouth. Has struck up a good partnership with this rider and the hat-trick cannot be ruled out.
Winner of a Kempton maiden and dropping down the weights this term having failed to last home over a mile. The drop to 7f around here may help, but the way he has dropped away tamely and the fitting of cheekpieces suggest there may be other issues.

Forecasts
Benjamin Thomas (11/10), Dourado (7/2), Golden Guest (4/1), Habbad (7/1), Grand Myla (10/1), El Torito (11/1), Dream Start (12/1)
Most of these have questions to answer of one sort or another and GOLDEN GUEST should be capable of completing the hat-trick. He looked well handicapped at the start of the campaign and has now begun to fulfil his potential. He will get a good lead into the race from Habbad and has most to fear from Benjamin Thomas. John Quinn, who does well on his raids here, has engaged Silvestre De Sousa who has a good strike rate for the yard. His last run was disappointing but improvement appears to be anticipated. Grand Myla represents a yard in form and any improvement for the switch to a longer trip would put her in the mix.
