Didn't put in a convincing performance on handicap debut at Southwell on handicap debut last time but may not have stayed the 1m trip. Makes his debut on turf now and is dropped to what should be a more suitable distance. Dam's sole success came on similar ground and sire's progeny handle cut. Looks a potential improver and worthy of a check in the ring.
Winner of six races but two years since last success. Drops to a career low mark after another poor run last time.
Arrives on a roll and in need of a career best to defy a 5lb rise for her latest success. Still to prove herself on ground this soft but pedigree would not signal many concerns.
Well beaten off this mark in similar grade last time. Ground looks set to be on the soft side again and no obvious reason to expect any significant improvement.
Maiden after six starts and finished fourth in a Leicester seller over 7f on good ground last month. Wears cheekpieces for the first time today and has a stiff task at the weights.
1-20 on turf and has only encountered a soft surface once when finishing last. Went well enough here last time to earn consideration but going and an unhelpful draw raise serious doubts.
Unplaced on all starts to date and off the track since Christmas. Pedigree raises hopes the soft ground will produce some improvement but she remains one for the optimists.
Well down the field in all three starts in maidens and the handicapper is unimpressed enough to allot him a basement mark. Another where supporters are hoping the softer ground makes a dramatic difference.

The Happy Hammer (5/2), Tigerfish (11/4), Rosie Crowe (7/2), Bryght Boy (7/2), Bo Selecta (7/1), Refuse Colette (10/1), Freddy With A Y (12/1), Garth Rockett (16/1), Noneedtotellme (16/1), Hanningfield (16/1)
Bryght Boy brings solid recent form into this but a 0-12 profile means TIGERFISH looks a more straightforward proposition. William Stone's filly has already landed four races and shows no signs of halting her current progress. She will require another career best on a different surface but her pedigree indicates soft ground will not be an issue. Bo Selecta is worth noting on his handicap debut
