Made an impression on all his maidens last year and stepped up on that when making his seasonal/handicap debut this year over 1m2f at Windsor when taking the runner-up slot. Down to a mile last time when starting favourite at Newbury and disappointed (raced too freely) and may be worth another chance here.
Rating moves up another 3lb in future handicaps after he struck at Epsom on his latest start doing well to win over a trip that had previously too short. Looks capable of better form than this although he does looks a fragile sort and a quick return may not be what he wants.
Really moving forward in handicaps this year with two wins on his last two starts scoring at Yarmouth and Chelmsford. Up another 9lb for his last win and up in grade here but looks the sort who can cope with a better grade and continue his upward curve.
All his wins have been gained over further but he can compete over this short trip and showed that on his latest start off this mark at Windsor. Should appreciate the stiff finish here although others may just have a little more pace than him over this mile.
His handicap form hasn't been able to build on what he showed in maidens and both his handicap runs have been below form. Can't really be considered here on the back of his handicap form so far.
Both of his wins have so far come on the AW with his turf form not really matching that although there was a glimmer of hope on his first start for this yard recently. Handicapper has certainly given him a chance and there may be a chance that he can show some form on turf in the future if able to build on his last run.

Cainhoe Star (6/4), Midnight Whistler (10/3), Capton (5/1), Bollihope (7/1), Ubla (12/1), Billy Roberts (14/1), Oud Metha Bridge (16/1), Lawmaking (20/1)
Midnight Whistler escapes a penalty for his Epsom win but this fragile sort may not appreciate such a quick return to the track. Capton looks as though he can be given another chance based on his handicap debut with Bollihope capable of running another sound race. Ubla could be an interesting one at a decent price but the suggestion is CAINOE STAR who despite his increased mark still looks as though he can keep improving.
