Previous course winner that arrives here in the back of a solid effort at Yarmouth last day in May over 1m3½f.
Winner twice over hurdles since winning twice at Kempton on the AW in January 2016. Fifth of six last day, beaten 29L in a Chelmsford handicap over 2m.
Maiden after 17 starts but running well in defeat since returning to the Flat. Finished third of eight over 1m2f at Haydock (soft) last time and races off a 1lb lower mark here.
Winner of a couple of soft ground handicaps for Jeremy Noseda last term. Third of 12, beaten 1½L on debut for new yard following a seven month absence and 14,000 gns purchase.
Has been an expensive favourite to follow lately but not fared too badly in terms of finishing positions, including third of eight, beaten ¾L, here over 1m2f on good to firm.
Won over an extended 9f on the AW at Wolverhampton on seasonal debut but held a couple of times since. Slight drop in trip and ease in grade saw an improved second of four, last day two weeks ago.

Jazzy and Pete So High could contest the lead with front-runner, Maroc in the early stages of this contest. Hearty, third of 12, beaten 1½L on debut for new yard following a seven month absence and 14,000 gns purchase, looks one for the shortlist, but preference is for previous course winner, HARD TOFFEE, just 1lb higher than last win.
