Three solid efforts for this yard so far including when beaten 1½L at Bath over an extended 1m3f on firm ground earlier this month, before being beaten favourite last time out here over this trip, 1½ behind Petrify. Still 2lb higher than last win, back in July 2014.
Three time winner at Bath, and returned from an eight month break when beating Cockney Boy by a head in an April handicap on firm ground. Still 3lb higher than last win, but a lot to like here.
Once with Sir Michael Stoute, and returned from two years off the track with little impression in three starts at this track for this trainer. Well beaten on last two starts at Chepstow over 1m4f.
Once rated 67 for Luca Cumani, joined current yard in November 2016 and runs in the name of the trainer. Beaten on five starts on the All-Weather. Could be interesting to follow on turf as the season progresses.
Now 0/23 in Flat career, with last four starts all coming at Brighton. On a mark of 45, a figure the Dark Angel mare has been well beaten on three occasions.
May have been in need of the run when well beaten over 1m5f on return form a long absence in Bath handicap over 1m3f on firm ground, before finishing third of eight, beaten ¾ behind Grams And Ounces, over C&D last week.

A race that has an historical advantage for those racing from the front or in a prominent position, which could prove a positive for the Stuart Kittow-trained AVOCADEAU who is a three time winner at Bath, and beat Cockney Boy, here, by a head in an April handicap on firm ground. Keeping him company and possibly vying for the lead, is the tigerish, New Approach gelding, Eden Dubai and last time out beaten favourite Hallingham, both could fill the places.
- Avocadeau
- Eben Dubai
- Hallingham
