Has posted some good efforts in defeat lately but his last victory came in 2014 and that exposes his vulnerability. Looks the stable number two.
Behind Out Do at Newmarket but tends to perform much better on AW surfaces. Looks better over further than this but a strong pace would aid his cause.
2-4 on AW tracks but that has not deterred two gambles for his two runs at Ascot and Goodwood this term. Dropped in class and reverts to a Polytrack surface so ought to be more of a threat. Trainer 5-18 on AW tracks with his older sprinters. Looks interesting.
Beat the useful yardstick Zac Brown here before aiming higher on next two outings. Yard are a better than expected 6-21 at the track and he is weighted to be competitive.
Has won three times over C&D but is 0-23 in this grade. Holding his form well and will have the race run to suit.
Purchased from Godolphin for 17,000 gns. Having first run for new connections when clipping heels and coming down approaching the final furlong on penultimate start. Ran well to this distance last time but up in class and handicap mark may need reassessing.
In tremendous form this winter and has struck up a fruitful partnership with this rider. Seeking his eighth AW win but this is much hotter company than he is used to.
Some promise on his second start for Godolphin when runner-up at Leicester and off the mark on first start for this yard at Wolverhamtpon before Christmas. May have needed his comeback run at Yarmouth last month but probably best watched from a wide draw this time.
Plum last at Catterick in the mud but a totally different proposition on AW surfaces. Has one win and two seconds from five starts at this venue. Handler has been campaigning him over further but three of his four successes have come over this trip. On a long losing run but jockey booking is a positive as he is 8-24 for the yard at this track. Rise in class is a concern.
Closely matched with Kingsley Klarion on running here last month but that was over 7f. Up now to a class where he is 0-5 and his revised mark sets him a difficult task

This looks tricky with the in form horses stepping up in class to meet horses who are potentially better treated but looking below their best. Kingsley Klarion, Dark Side Dream and Menelik can easily have cases made out for them. Hoofalong is more tha capable of landing this if the market speaks in his favour. The form of the O'Meara yard raises concerns for Out Do and Watchable .Udodontdou will be a different proposition around here and the same can be said of MAZZINI. James Fanshawe's charge won his last start of 2016 with something to spare. Two failures on turf this season when backed have prompted a switch to the Polytrack on which he boasts a 2-4 record. He is clearly regarded as better than we have seen so far in 2017 and that suggests he is the answer to a difficult race.
