No impression in five career starts, apart from a third of eight, beaten 3L behind Arab Moon in April that has seen the likes of the winner and second, Bonnie Arlene win again. Beaten 16½L last time out in a Chepstow handicap over 1m4f on good to soft.

Forecasts

Pow Wow (4/6), Eolian (9/2), Zoffanist (7/1), Theglasgowwarrior (14/1), See The Sea (14/1), Black Prince (16/1), Famous Dynasty (16/1), Cecilator (50/1)

Verdict

Nothing in the race suggests any great ability, so it's probably best to side with those with the 'better' form. Last time out winner POW WOW will possibly be settled in the final three/four in the early stages of the race, behind the likes of Eolian, See The Sea, Zoffanist and Cecilator. The Roger Charlton-trained gelding will get a decent toe in to the race, enabling him to do his best work in the closing stages of the contest. See The Sea and Theglasgowwarrior could fill the places.
  1. Pow Wow
  2. See The Sea
  3. Theglasgowwarrior
