Landed two handicaps as a 3yo and looked to be running into top form when just touched off at Windsor last time. Runs off the same mark and has a talented apprentice in the saddle so plenty to like about his chances.
Not seen since a disappointing effort here over a year ago but did rattle off a hat-trick prior to that effort. Should be more to come this year but wide draw not ideal and he's entitled to need this run.
Very consistent sort and won well at Lingfield last time when winning from the front. May struggle to do the same to these rivals off a 4lb higher mark though.
Eight wins in his career to date but most of his best form has come with cut in the ground. 2lb higher for a good effort at Pontefract last time and apprentice is worth her 3lb claim in this contest but her mount isn't sure to back that effort up here and yard have a low strike-rate at this course.
Formerly Godolphin winner whose last victory came on fast ground in Meydan back in 2014. Largely disappointing since that effort but has come a long way down the handicap and finished third of 10 at Haydock when last seen, hinting at a return to form. Interesting to see if he can build on that now.
A son of Fastnet Rock, he has yet to threaten in five turf starts and seems to act best on the AW. Last of eight over C&D when last seen on stable bow and has questions to answer after that effort.
Not won for nearly two years now but he's becoming well-handicapped as a result and he wont close over C&D in September. Won't want to give too much ground away at the start, something he has become accustomed to doing recently, but not without a chance in conditions that will suit and a useful apprentice in the saddle.
Still a maiden after 11 starts but trainer usually gets the best out of these sorts eventually and yard do well around here. Each-way player judged on some of his form from last year.
Possibly a little better over 1m2f than this trip but ought to give it his all from the front once again and he's an interesting pace angle in the race. Needs to bounce back though.
Not won since 2015 now and while he's run some fair races in defeat of later, he's likely to struggle from out of the handicap against some better handicapped rivals.

Opposition (5/2), Panko (4/1), Peterhouse (4/1), Hurricane Hollow (6/1), Mysterial (15/2), Itlaaq (8/1), Saxo Jack (10/1), Tamayuz Magic (14/1), Jan De Heem (20/1), Satish (20/1), Alphabetical Order (25/1), Song Of Love (33/1), Sheriff Of Nawton (33/1)
PETERHOUSE could run well provided he doesn't ruin his chance from the stalls and he has some form at this course. Opposition and Hurricane Hollow are both well-in on official ratings due to promising recent runs and look like the best of the rest with two useful apprentices in the saddle.
