Opened his account on his handicap debut on the AW last month and, though below par at York next time, he regained the winning thread with a facile 7L win at Haydock (1m3f, soft). Clearly progressive and a 6lb penalty may not stop him if handling quicker ground.
Solid juvenile form and, though below par initially this season, he ran on well to score over 1m2f (firm) at Bath last time out. Raised 5lb but this longer trip could elicit further improvement.
Best effort so far came when third on his final juvenile start but hasn't really kicked on in two runs this season over 1m2f and 1m4f (both good) respectively. Cheekpieces now reached for in a bid to spark improvement.
Remains a maiden after 11 attempts, though better signs since he was upped to 1m4f, only beaten around 1L in successive handicaps at Leicester and Lingfield. No obvious reason why he shouldn't remain competitive off this sort of mark.
No impact in maidens as a juvenile and has found it equally tough going in two handicaps this season, most recently when upped to this trip at Newmarket (good) last week. Hood introduced now.
Has improved for the fitting of the hood, ending last season with a win at Chelmsford before returning at Nottingham (1m2f, good to firm) with a fine second place effort behind Canberra Cliffs. Shapes as though longer trip will suit, respected.
An easy winner over 1m4f at Lingfield on the AW in April and also added a victory over a shorter trip at Yarmouth before finishing second at Haydock (1m2f, good to firm). Step up back in trip no issue but a rising mark is.
Bits and pieces of promise as a juvenile and belied a huge price tag on her seasonal return when a 3L fourth at Bath over 1m2f (firm) despite not getting the clearest of runs. Interesting over a longer trip.

Forecasts
Brimham Rocks (11/8), Star Maker (6/1), Bartholomew J (13/2), King Of Scotland (7/1), Chocolate Box (8/1), Medalla De Oro (9/1), King's Coinage (10/1), Bayston Hill (10/1), Mr Davies (16/1), Born To Please (33/1)
Bayston Hill, King of Scotland and BRIMHAM ROCKS all bring winning form into this race, with preference for the latter who looked one to keep on the right side of when winning emphatically in the mud at Haydock last week. He remains lightly-raced and, providing he handles this quicker ground, a 6lb penalty is unlikely to be enough to anchor him. King's Coignage looks sure to improve for this step up in trip and could prove the main danger.
