0-15, with his best effort probably being at around 2m4f and when there has been some cut in the ground. Does act on a sound surface, however, but has a little bit to prove on his second run for this yard after a 22L defeat last time. Dropped 3lb.
0-7 over hurdles. Has won over 1m4f on the AW, so perhaps be will be a little better when stepped up further in trip over hurdles, although he was beaten narrowly over this trip at Worcester (good) in August from 3lb lower. Hard to get over excited about his chance.
Has won a couple of hurdles including at Warwick (2m, good) last time on his first start for this yard. Up a tough-looking 11lb for that success, which was by 3¾L, and will probably need a career best to follow-up.
Can be a bit of an in-and-out performer but has two wins to her name this calendar year, both at around this trip and on good ground (one over C&D). 6lb higher than the latest of those, which came in better company, although well held from just 1lb higher last time. Respected, especially if on a going day.
Has won a hurdle here at around 2m4f and a chase over the minimum trip, though his last two successes have been in sellers. Probably has the ability to get competitive from this mark, though has lacked inspiration in several starts now. Market check suggested.
Broke a losing run going back almost two years when scoring over 2m (good) at Ffos Las last time out from 6lb lower. The manner of that win suggested that he could remain competitive from this sort of mark and with similar conditions he looks booked for another good effort.
Runner-up in a Stratford bumper on debut last July, though well beaten in all three starts over hurdles in novices' and maidens' events. Makes her handicap debut here from a workable mark and after a break. Given that she went well fresh previously, a market check looks prudent to gauge any confidence in her.
Three previous trainers have tried but none of them managed to squeeze a win out of this 10-times placed gelding. Latest trainer makes his first attempt to buck the trend here from 3lb lower. Handles good ground, though best efforts with some cut underfoot. Not discounted.
Trainer went on record saying that she was hopeful that this would be one to keep an eye on in the summer, so now that he goes handicapping, he may be able to show more than he has done in two novices'/maiden starts for her. Mark looks workable and tongue strap now added, so a market check is advised.
Has won over both hurdles and fences at Sedgefield since the turn of the year, both at around the minimum trip and on good/good to soft ground. 5lb higher than the best of those successes today and probably has a bit too much on her plate.
5lb higher than when winning at Ludlow (2m, good) in April, his first success for well over three years. Beaten 33L from this mark last time and looks up against it on that evidence.
Dual Flat scorer in 2015 but yet to make the frame from five starts over hurdles, the last two in handicaps from marks of 95 and 92. Another 4lb lower here, but not easy to fancy despite being dropped back to this trip too.
Sole win from 39 starts was way back in 2013 at Sedgefield, where he has produced most of his better efforts. 4lb below that today, but seen more than enough to suggest that he will struggle to win from 2lb wrong unless the tongue strap can help to eek a bit more from him.
Yet to make the frame from 17 attempts and impossible to make a case out for her from 10lb out of the handicap.

A very modest end to proceedings and despite an 11lb rise, Paloma's Prince does at least come here in form and can make a good fist of it again. Another last-time winner, Powderonthebonnet is very much respected, while Money For Nothing should be competitive and Mileva Roller looks one to check on in the market. The same goes for FALCOS, who is a tentative suggestion, but has been tuned up for this handicap debut and may prove good enough to strike.
