Last won off 71 and dropping to a handy mark. Form for current yard has been poor, however, and hard to fancy that he'll cope with topweight on recent evidence.
Useful over hurdles and fences but Flat form has been reasonable too. Still unexposed at the trip, she is worth noting in the betting. The state of the ground is a worry though.
Won an AW handicap on her last start for Richard Hannon but failed to reproduce the effort from a 5lb higher mark on her return to turf for her new yard last time out. Has a little to prove now but did cope with this trip when with Hannon, so would be interesting to see her come in for some support.
Well treated on the pick of his old form but has a very long absence to overcome and will be quite some training feat if his new handler can coax a win out of him after such a long time on the sidelines.
Some decent form to his name but has never won beyond an extended mile and needs to prove his stamina will hold out. Should handle the ground though.
Just one win to her name but is a consistent performer that deserves a change of fortune. Good effort in an apprentices' handicap last time out - more to do here but capable of holding her own if stamina holds out.
Comes here on the back of her best effort for quite some time and will be a threat if capable of dishing out a repeat dose. A 10lb higher mark won't make it easy though and anther step forward is required,
Just one win to his name but often runs well in defeat and comes here on the back of a solid performance at Cork last month. Trip and ground not an issue and jockey booking suggests connections mean business. Shortlisted.
Won here over 1m4f back in August 2015 - not tasted success since but made the frame a couple of times last year. Should be sharper for the recent blow-out but is another that needs to be at her best and there has to be a suspicion the 'bounce factor' will play a part in only her second outing of the year.
Last won from a mark of 56, which was on soft ground at Sligo. Has also gone well over this C&D in the past, so claims on the pick of his form. Yard is also going well, so worthy of consideration for a place in the frame at what are likely to be fair odds.
Hit and miss since winning over an extended 6f last winter; form over this sort of trip needs to be bettered as well. Probably safe to look elsewhere.
Bits and pieces of form that give her some sort of claim but efforts over 10f have been ordinary up to press and create the impression that others are better suited over the distance.
Placed over C&D a couple of years ago and is back on a similar mark. Improved for the return to 10f last time out and would be dangerous to readily dismiss; another that looks a tad risky for win only purposes though.
3lb wrong at the weighs and yet to really shine over this trip. First reserve but will need to pull out all the stops if he is granted a run.

Miss Ballygally (7/2), Pirolo (6/1), Northern Sky (13/2), Ask Katie (7/1), Solita (8/1), Byron Beauty (8/1), Lomi's Law (8/1), No Way Jack (10/1), Jeremy's Girl (12/1), Greanta (14/1), Apache Gold (16/1), Double Fast (20/1), Polymnia (25/1), Palmones (33/1), Cairdiuil (33/1), Larksville (150/1)
PIROLO won well at Fairyhouse on his penultimate start and may be worth persevering with now he is back over a distance that obliviously suits. Lomi's Law also arrives in good heart but faces a stern test from a 10lb higher mark, so a bigger threat may be posed by Byron Beauty who ran well at Cork last month and, with trip and ground to suit, she would be dangerous to underestimate. Polymnia and Miss Ballygally are others worth bearing in mind for anyone looking to cover a few more angles with speculative each-way punts.
- Pirolo
- Byron Beauty
- Lomi's Law
