Filly out of Dawn Approach, dam was a winner over 6f. Bred for this sort of challenge and worth respecting on debut for leading connections.

Epaulette filly changes hands for €16,000 as foal, recently for 7,000 gns as 2yo. Yard's first 2yo runner and probably best watched unless the market says different.

Galileo filly may get further in time but dam won over this trip, one of a quartet for Ballydoyle in this contest.

Fast Company filly cost €5,000 as yearling and is related to a few winners, though it would be a surprise if she proved up to taking this on debut.

Galileo sister to several winners, including dual 2,000 Guineas winner Gleneagles, represents top connections and very much one for the shortlist.

Run two nice races at Navan over 5f, latest on good to firm, should be involved at the finish now is seeing out this longer trip.

Moderate fourth of six over 6f (good) at the Curragh last month on debut, needs more to have designs on this prize.

Finished eighth of 15 in a maiden at the Curragh (6f, good to soft) on debut 12 days ago, will need to improve on that, but every chance of that being the case.

An Approve filly that cost €1000 as a foal, breeding hints that she may want further in time and looks best watched in what is a deep looking maiden field.

Deep Impact filly is related to several winners, amongst them useful 2yo 6f winner Sir John Hawkins. She represents Ballydoyle on debut, one of four for the yard in this line-up.

A So You Think filly, cost £10,000 yearling. Dam was 2yo winner over 6f and, despite this being a competitive heat, she's worth a check in the market for this debut run.

Verdict

Ranking the Ballydoyle quartet here is no easy task but, with four in the race, it will be no surprise should the Derby-winning trainer take this prize. HAPPILY, a full-sister to dual 2,000 Guineas winner Gleneagles is given the vote to make a winning debut ahead of stablemate Broadway, a half-sister to Arc de Triomphe winner Danedream. The remaining pair, Easter Lily and September are also worth taking note of. Shapes sets the standard on form and will ensure the newcomers are forced to work for this corn.
