Last of four career wins was in June 2014 and he has only really threatened to add to that on a couple of occasions since, beaten favourite at odds-on in Catterick claimer latest over 7f (good to firm) and one to consider on first start for new yard.
Looked potentially useful when winning twice for his previous yard in Ireland but didn't quite hit the same level in two Kempton runs over the mile since joining this yard. First Tapeta run, down in trip.
Five of six career wins have come at Kempton, including over 6f off a mark of 77 in March. Been a bit out of sorts latterly and needs to bounce back on first Tapeta run.
Three wins in eight AW starts, wore a hood on his first start for his new yard at Nottingham 26 days ago when last of 11 over 1m½f. May have need the run but still has plenty to find now back on this surface.
Running well at Southwell this winter and often underestimated in the market. He's an effective front-runner who has plenty of early boot so one for the shortlist given form on AW this year.
Good showing over this trip at Chelmsford nine days ago, has won at his course before and may be on the verge of ending 14-run winless sequence.
Has been busy this year and has picked up three wins in the spring, including over this C&D from a mark of 57. Plenty more to do now off what remains a career-high mark from following respectable recent turf effort at Ayr.
Maiden winner for Mark Johnston on debut in July 2015 though has been unable to add to it since including in two starts for this yard. Switches to AW for the first time and has a good deal to prove
Runner-up over C&D in April but has since score on the turf at Redcar and will be burdened with a penalty for that success here which makes life much more difficult.
In good heart this year with two wins from three runs on turf, including last time out at Newmarket (7f, soft). Is clearly going the right way, though one previous run on AW was below par.
A three-time C&D winner, he was a bit too keen to get on with things here in April and ultimately paid the price. Perhaps shouldn't be too harshly judged on that effort.

Mr Christopher was too keen when last spotted here but he knows how to win and shouldn’t be underestimated if willing to conserve some more energy for the finish. Joey's Destiny is an interesting contender back in a handicap on first start for this yard while Kingsley Klarion is respected on recent Chelmsford run. Art Echo has been in super form on turf and won't be far off if translating that form to this surface but it might be worth siding with VROOM, who will be keen to get on with things and has been in excellent fettle on the AW this year.
