Poet's Voice colt who cost £30,000 at the sales but finished last on his racecourse bow at Hamilton 17 days ago. May have been overwhlemed by the experience and no surprise to see some improvement in what looks a moderate event.
21,000 guineas Roderic O'Connor colt, half-brother to four winners. Represents very good yard and market may indicate if he's ready to figure on debut.
Gelded son of good young sire Helmet who cost 25,000 guineas as a yearling. Green on debut but did hint there may be some ability despite finishing down the field. Work to do though.
34,000 euro son of promising second-season sire Dragon Pulse. Looks expensive though after finishing last on both starts to date. Needs to get his act together quickly.
Red Jazz colt who has improved on each of his three starts, latterly going close at Doncaster when runner-up over 5f. Extra furlong looks ideal and looks sure to be in the thick of the action.
Yard going through purple patch and had juvenile winner at Nottingham last week. Gelded just 19 days ago and this son of Mawatheeq makes his racecourse bow now. Any market move would be worth noting although headgear is a concern.
Gelded son of Makfi out of unraced dam who is a half-sister to both Showcasing and Camacho. Cost 10,000 guineas as a yearling. Yard not known for debut juvenile winners.
Cheaply bough gelded son fo Makfi from yard that rarely has juveniles ready to roll first time out. Doesn't make great appeal on debut.
Gelded son fo Mazameer; dam winning juvenile sprinter. Very cheap purchase. Shrewd yard going nicely at present but looks unlikley to figure unless market indicates otehrwise.
22,000 euro daughter of Acclamation showed little on debut but ran better last time at Ripon. Jockey booking is interesting and further improvement far from ruled out.

RAMPANT LION is given a chance to atone for a costly failure on his racecousre debut at Windsor when very well supported. With that experience to call on he may prove too good for his rivals this time around. Main danger could come from Jedi Master who was finishing well when just denied last time at Doncaster. He should push the selection all the way. Acromatic and Curzon both have fair pedigrees and may be up to running well on debut, while Monkey Magic is a potential improver with a good man on board.
