Seasoned performer ran a thumping race at York (1m3f, good to firm, good in places) last month and was only just denied. Also ran well here in April (1m2f, good) on seasonal bow. With a 7lb claim on top, a replication of those efforts will have him bang in the mix now.
Career-best effort in narrowly winning 1m4f soft ground Newmarket handicap last time out, making all and just lasting home. 2lb rise is fair and first-time cheekpieces go on now.
Good winner around here over a shorter trip on reappearance in April, perhaps paid the price for slow start since at Chester when upped in trip but was flying at the finish. Could be more to offer yet.
Better known as a smart jumper, ran well on AW at Kempton in April over this sort of trip but then failed to build on it back there since over 2m. Certainly not out of things back down in trip and with useful 7lb claim to help now back in the care of Mick Channon.
Scored a summer double at Nottingham and Yarmouth over staying trips last year but has been mostly toiling since. Best effort came last time at Newmarket (1m4f, soft) but every chance he'll be seen to best effect again when getting quick ground to act on.
Modest handicapper, well beaten at Pontefract (1m2f, soft) off a mark of 77 in October when last spotted on turf, has a 208-day absence to overcome and won't want to see much rain.
Efforts last backend and in two outings this term have been decidedly poor and make it hard to be confident in chances here. Beat 21L over 1m4f at Thirsk last month on good to firm ground, conditions that should have suited.
Handicap debut winner who has failed to add to it since. That came two years ago in a soft ground Nottingham contest (1m2f) when with Hughie Morrison. Since joined this yard and been gelded and now returns after a 23-month absence. Very likely to need the run but is back on a winning mark and a market check prudent.
Had been running over hurdles without cutting much ice before last month's spin at Nottingham over 1m6f (good, good to soft in places) where he trailed home last of ten. 3lb lower now but makes very little appeal currently.

CHANCERY ran a cracker at York last time out when unfortunate not to collect. He's also gone well here this season and his trainer is giving him every chance now with a useful 7lb claim on his back. A replication of his Knavesmire effort may be enough to get the job done in this. Sellingallthetime could be competitive based on recent efforts while Hermann produced his best work to date at Newmarket last time and isn't overly punished with a 2lb rise. At a likely decent price, smart hurdler Sgt Reckless would have a chance on his Kempton AW run over this sort of trip in April.
