A winner on this track, scoring over an extended mile back in November 2015. Last in the winners' circle at Perth last July when scoring over timber, he has been unable to challenge in his last two races here following a decent second behind Sir Lancelott. Needs his best here.
Has only had the five runs to date and has shown little in the way of ability, running his best race when finishing fourth behind Wavelet in December 2015. Returns from an 11 month absence here and is probably best watched.
Has run well here at Wolverhampton in the past, scoring over the course and distance in January 2016, when winning as even money favourite. Has shaped well a couple of times already this season and is a leading contender in this finale.
A modest third on her second run at Lingfield back in September 2015, she shaped well over a shorter trip here on her first run for a new stable before running down the field at Windsor last time. Has the ability to win this type of race and could spring a surprise.
Has won seven races in the past, but not for some time, his last victory coming over this trip at Chepstow in April 2016. Returns from a short break but has been friendless in the market in his races this term and needs to regain his best to figure here.
Was a model of consistency a couple of years ago, landing three wins at Lingfield and regularly going off as favourite. However, he appears to have gone backwards and has failed to beat an opponent home in three runs this term. Hard to fancy tonight.
Showed plenty of promise in her races as a three-year-old and signed off her 2016 campaign with a determined win over 7f at Leicester in October. Has moved stables for this season and was not disgraced in a race over course and distance last time. Not without a chance.
Was a shock 100/1 winner on her debut over 7f at Redcar way back in May 2014 but has been unable to add to that solitary success in her subsequent starts. She can often take a keen hold in her races but ran with credit here last time. Could reach the frame.
He enjoyed a purple patch over hurdles at this time last year, rattling off three straight wins but he has not won on the level since recording a win over this course and distance under Robert Winston in January 2013. Had a recent outing over hurdles to blow away the cobwebs.
Has a couple of wins on turf to his name but has yet to reach a place in 11 career starts on the AW. He rallied quite well in a race over this course and distance last time and would appear to have dropped to a handy mark. Not without a chance here.

Frap has a poor record on artificial surfaces but he appears to have dropped to an appealing mark and after a fair run here last time out, he could well run a decent race here. Whitecliff Park is a must for any shortlist having fared well already in a couple of his races this term and has won on the course before. Uphold and Pretty Jewel are well worth a second look but preference is for POWERED. Still a maiden, he ran another good race at Leicester yesterday and if turning out again here, he could finally shake off his maiden tag.
