Record on turf reads 0/8 and looks a better horse on the AW where he has won off higher marks. Disappointed on his last run at Windsor and the turf form overall is very modest.
Turned in his best performance when runner-up over C&D on his penultimate start but just wasn't in the same form last time over slightly further.
Form this year has been very modest and he can look a very tricky ride on occasions. Did far too much too soon last time out his overall record of 1/18 tells the story.
Won a Kempton Park 1m3f handicap two starts ago (travelled well) and showed that she could be capable off higher marks. Not quite matched that form in two subsequent starts but not one to write off easily.
Course winner although the losing run is now up to twenty and while he is capable of winning his overall record suggests that a place may be the best he can hope for.
Up 4lb for his win on the AW recently and one of the few that brings any recent form into this although he has yet to win on turf (0/4) and he's not been the most consistent in the past.
Recent hurdles winner but remains a maiden on the Flat and showed very little on the Fibresand last time out.
Still to win a race but looked to take a step in the right direction last time out when third here over a mile. Off 2lb lower mark and in with a chance if he settles better than he did last time out.
Loveable veteran who shows no signs of regressing and is a four time winner over C&D. Mark has fallen to a level that gives him a chance after he showed up well on the AW last time out.
Makes her debut for a new yard having not beaten a horse home in her last two starts although they did come a fair while ago now. Break plus a fresh start may help but hardly a convincing profile overall.
Remains a maiden after 16 runs and drops markedly in trip now but hasn't shown much of late and below form last time out.
Some glimpses of form in the past but the recent runs have been poor and the fact remains that he's still a 17 race maiden on the Flat.
Free-going sort who is still a maiden but has run some creditable races on the AW. His turf form is poor though and others are preferred on this surface.
Runs from 3lb out of the handicap and has shown little in all her starts so far and would do well to figure here.

More low-grade stuff with a fair few still trying to break their maiden after plenty of attempts and very few solid options. Master Of Heaven brings winning form into the race but his turf form isn’t as good and if he settles Provoking would have a chance of breaking his maiden. With so many hard to fancy the veteran Megalala has a good chance of gaining another C&D win but TOMMY’S GEAL just edges the vote having shown she can operate off marks such as this.
- Tommys Geal
- Provoking
- Megalala
