Has struggled in three maidens so far, including at Cork recently over 2m on good to soft, needs to find a bit more from somewhere.
Let The Lion Roar mare, yard are not noted for producing first-time out winners and decent chance she'll be better for this run.
Beat 46L on hurdles bow at Killarney last week over 2m2f, drops back in trip bow requiring plenty improvement just to get competitive.
Has shown some promise in two spins over hurdles this month already but does have some improvement to find before winning.
Improved showing in second hurdles start over 2m at Tramore last month, finishing second, could be more forthcoming now.
Ability appears to be limited based on six bumper runs last year and this month's jumping bow at Cork. Hard to recommend on that evidence.
Some promising placed for last season at 2m - 2m3f, was well below best at Tramore last month, perhaps not helped by a skirmish over the first flight. Must bounce back now.
Was 12th of 13 runners in novice hurdle at Navan 64 days ago on heavy ground in first start for this yard, has plenty to work on.
Pulled up in novice hurdle at Cork (2m3f, good) on first jumping test recently. Drops back in distance now but looks best watched at the moment.
Beaten off readily in a couple of bumpers last spring, showed minor promise in return from 377-day break at Roscommon this month and might be capable of a better show this time.
Scorpion mare was never any threat in a bumper at Naas in March, reverts to hurdles for second start with hopes limited.
Moderate Flat performer who ran her best race over hurdles when fourth of 19 at Cork recently, before adding third at Killarney a week. Has claims in this contest.
Filly was a bit of a letdown in Leopardstown bumper debut in January, has been off since and now tackling hurdles on return. May do better with yard going well.
Second runner of three for the Harrington team, she'll have to improve dramatically on form shown in there Flat starts so far.
Didn't settle well enough to do herself justice in a bumper at this track on debut, switches to hurdles now and could be capable of much better.
Has plenty to find based on last month's Fairyhouse bumper run, beaten 46L, though the booking of Walsh in these colours is notable for hurdles bow.
Impressive third of 14 in a novice hurdle at Wexford (2m4f, good) 16 days ago and can challenge again now in this open event.
Forecasts
Denham Sound (11/4), Lesley Dawn (7/2), Dawn In The Park (7/2), Kiera Royale (4/1), Miss Sassie (10/1), Quinnsborotemptres (14/1), Gi Jayne (14/1), Elusive Butterfly (33/1), Endless River (33/1), Tay Lane (33/1), Dahills Hill (50/1), Bradystown (50/1), Coolahand Lioness (50/1), Rain In Spain (66/1), Kennedys Girl (66/1), Lowertown Scholar (100/1), Jazz Mine (100/1)
Denham Sound ran well at Killarney last week to merit close consideration for this contest, with maybe more to come but the same can be said of the mare MISS SASSIE after her recent third at Wexford. She ought to have no trouble with this shorter trip and can get off the mark. The booking of Walsh to ride hurdles debutant Lesley Dawn in the Potts colours draws some attention while Gi Jayne should be on the premises if building on a good run at Tramore last time.
- Miss Sassie
- Denham Sound
- Gi Jayne
