Sixth when making his debut over 1m on good-to-firm ground here last month. Breeding suggests he will be better over further but others look to have more obvious chances.

Verdict

The unraced colt PETERPORT can get off the mark at the first time of asking by taking this competitive looking 1m2f maiden event. John Gosden's charge is well-bred and can take this at the expense of the Nottingham third Nathan who looks likely to have improved for that effort and can take second here ahead of Dubai Thunder who is a half-brother to the owners Group 1 winner Farhh amongst others.
  1. Peterport
  2. Nathan
  3. Dubai Thunder
