Had to wait three years after his first win before recording a second at Musselburgh (5f, good) in September. 2lb higher today, goes well on fast ground and trainer will know more about him after his first start for her last time. First time he has worn headgear of any kind, decent draw and could be very competitive.
Has been in cracking form this spring, winning three of her last four, all over this trip and two on fast ground. Has gone up a total of 11lb for that, so this will be tougher after her latest rise of 6lb and she is likely to need some improvement.
Not the force that he was when winning from a mark of 75 three years ago, but managed to get his nose in front from 2lb lower than today at Newcastle in November. Has struggled to get competitive since and looks in need of assistance from the handicapper before winning again.
Quick ground and 5f suits this veteran who has won 5-57 and is usually very competitive from marks up to today's 60. Not an ideal draw here, but otherwise he looks capable of involvement at the business end.
Last success was at Ripon this time last year (5f, good to firm) from 6lb higher and he won from higher still on three occasions in 2015. May be that he is not quite as good as that anymore, but he would certainly have each-way claims here.
Won over this trip at Musselburgh when with Ann Duffield and has run several good races in defeat since joining current yard, sliding in the weights by a gradual 9lb. Had excuses last time and a 2lb drop, reasonably good draw plus the first-time combi of tongue strap and cheek pieces make him very interesting here.
All three wins have been over the minimum trip in the past 10 months, including one AW success from 1lb higher than today. Possibilities on that basis, although far side draw not ideal and blinkers had no significant effect, so jury is out regarding the visor.
Closest he has come to a win was at Carlisle on his handicap debut in July when 5lb higher. Hasn't been seeing his races right the way through to the line, but if first-time blinkers help sharpen his focus then on his AW form from March plus that Carlisle run, he would have claims if draw not too negative.
Mare who has won 3-32, adding to a 2014 Ripon win with a couple of successes over this trip at Musselburgh last summer, the latter from today's mark and on good to firm. Should be better for a recent pipe-opener and could get very competitive.
Has only got his nose in front in 2-49 starts, the latest being at Carlisle (5f, good) in August from 2lb higher. Entitled to claims if able to reproduce that sort of performance from a good draw and could go well at a price.
Has a good strike rate for a runner in this sphere, winning 13-74, all at around this trip. Goes into this 9lb lower than when scoring on AW in December, but his form on those surfaces is better than on turf, where apart from two wins in Jersey, he has not scored since 2012 at Ffos Las.
Won a couple over this trip on fast ground last year, both from this mark and 3lb higher. Has been thrashed in all of his last three starts, but went well enough at Southwell in March. Now he has dropped to this mark he could show more and a market check is advised.
Doesn't find winning easy and has come home in front just 3-52 starts, the only one on turf being five years ago. 5lb lower than when last scoring at Wolverhampton 17 months ago and has not been competitive for some time. Others preferred.
Hasn't managed to make the frame in any of her 12 starts and beaten a long way in the vast majority of them. Goes from 1lb out of the handicap and virtually impossible to see her being good enough.

A very moderate sprint and Kinloch Pride may again be capable of being competitive despite a 6lb rise. Storm Trooper is a possible winner on his second start for this yard, with headgear applied and from a decent pitch, while Thornaby Princess, Ryedale Rio and A J Cook are others who may get involved. Captain Scooby would be interesting if supported, though the suggestion is SEARANGER, who is admittedly exposed, but has slid to a mark that he is likely to be very competitive from. He is not badly drawn and the headgear combination might just give him the edge at last.
