26,000gns yearling who's pedigree may suit sprinting more than some of his rivals in this field. Stable has had one placed runner from three 2yos on turf so far and is clicking into gear in recent days, so it would be no surprise to see him build on a decent Beverley debut and go close.
Improved on what was a sound Beverley debut when emerging a ready winner of a similar race at Brighton last week (5½f, good). Forecast quicker ground no problem. Will need some improvement to follow up under a 7lb penalty, but that is far from ruled out.
€28,000 yearling. Half-brother to two juvenile winners, one who scored over this trip, out of a mare who won from 7f-1m2f. Stable in decent form and has already had had a shock debut winner at this track's opening meeting of the season, so a good performance is not ruled out.
€17,000 yearling. Half-brother to three winners at 1m-1m1½f. Dam also won over a similar trip. Likely to do better over further. Yard's 2yos have made a very good start, though this one dwelt here on his debut and never got involved. Looking for significant improvement for that experience tonight.
Cost €9,000 out of a 2yo 7f winner who went on to score over 1m2f. Other relatives include Group winners over middle distances. Out ran his 66/1 SP on debut here last month over C&D when a 2½L third. Looks a much more serious player today.
Made a quiet debut at Beverley and failed to build on that at Leicester. Stable's runners have come into some form, so he may be able to improve on that, though it looks likely that he will be doing better in nurseries.
Yard not noted for its 2yo winners and yet to have one this season. This Acclamation filly is bred to get 1m, though her job tonight looks like building more experience with the longer term in mind, after a moderate Beverley debut.

Forecasts
Starlight Mystery (2/1), Highland Bobby (11/4), Star Of Zaam (7/2), Aristodemus (11/2), Funkadelic (7/1), Faradays Spark (9/1), Bahuta Acha (25/1), Monkey Magic (33/1)
It won't be easy for a juvenle filly to defy a 7lb penalty, but STARLIGHT MYSTERY went about her job with relish at Brighton last time and may be capable of following up. Aristodemus should emerge as a serious threat if able to build on her C&D debut, while Highland Bobby is another likely player. Keep an eye on the market, particularly with Star Of Zaam in mind.
