0/12 and rated 44 probably tell you all you need to know about this one who faces yet another stiff task.

Hard to make much of a case for her chance having shown very little in her Flat starts so far and her recent hurdles outing was little better.

Sales price dropped markedly from a yearling (£65,000) to 3,000 guineas as a three-year-old but has some useful relations and not totally written off here on her debut.

Form looks head and shoulders above anything else that has been achieved by the rest of this field. Showed much more on his second start (first this year) when running fourth in a Yarmouth mile maiden and should be able to improve again against what is a modest field.

This will be his third run with his first two outing having been modest so far although he did show some ability on his debut at Newmarket over 7f. Will probably be of more interest in handicaps once he has a mark after this run.

Has the makings of a long term prospect having shown up well on his debut on the AW at Kempton Park over 6f. Not knocked about there and finished full of running but couldn't follow that up on turf last time out. More than likely to get a mark after this run and could be one to watch in handicaps over further in time.

£40,000 yearling who makes her debut here and being a half-sister to several winners is of obvious interest. This wouldn't be a deep contest and given her connections she is much respected here.

Big priced outsider on her debut (100/1) and showed very little to be able to build on for her second start here.

Struggled on her debut last year looking short of fitness and experience and failed to show anything more on her second start with the tongue-tie on for the first time. Could possibly be a little better than she has shown so far given her connections but still not a very solid proposition.

Forecasts

Buxted Dream (1/2), Express Lady (11/4), Pride Of Angels (10/1), Kuiper Belt (10/1), Mordoree (14/1), Mister Chow (33/1), Dance With Kate (50/1), Hell Of A Lady (66/1), Links Bar Marbella (66/1)

Verdict

This looks to be a battle better the well-bred newcomer in Express Lady and the experience of BUXTED DREAM who showed up well at Yarmouth last time out. Beyond those two we are probably looking at some potential handicap candidates here with Mister Chow and Kuiper Belt fitting that bill. It will be interesting to see how the debutante Pride Of Angels goes here she was only a cheap buy but is with a very capable yard and has some very decent relations.
  1. Buxted Dream
  2. Express Lady
  3. Pride Of Angels
