Verdict

LISP ran well in two outings as a two-year-old at Haydock last year and can get off the mark at the third attempted upped to this trip for the first time. The selection finished behind 2000 Guineas runner-up Barney Roy on debut prior to finishing a close fourth over 1m in October and he can take this on his first outing since being gelded. Chiefofchiefs ran well at Newmarket on two occasions last year but may struggle to give weight away to his younger rival here while the debutant Silken Dancer is also of interest for a yard with a 25% strike-rate of late.
