2lb higher than sole success, recorded at Chelmsford in September when with Rae Guest. Has not yet come close to repeating that, though put in a decent effort in defeat at Wolverhampton last month. Poor draw here and others make more appeal.
Prolific scorer here with six C&D wins to his name, the latest from 2lb lower just over a year ago. Not beaten far from this mark last time and could be very competitive from his draw, although is vulnerable.
Sole career win was over the minimum trip at Wolverhampton in February. 1lb higher than that today and, while she could get competitive, she has a fair bit to prove judged on her last two starts.
1-21 career profile, though back on same mark as when recording that win on turf at Windsor in October. 0-10 on AW with a best placing of third, although he runs at this venue for the first time today. Has several questions to answer and would be much more interesting if supported.
Sole win for her came at Kempton a couple of years ago (6f, standard/slow) from 2lb lower. Looks better over that trip and has a bit to find at these weights, plus a poor draw to overcome. Others make more appeal.
Has largely found winning difficult, recording just three from 62 attempts. Sole AW success was at Wolverhampton last year (5f) from 8lb higher. Was beaten just a neck over C&D from today's mark in January. If in that form after a break she could get involved again from a decent draw, though that is clearly a big if.
Goes well here with two C&D wins to his name and the latter was from 14lb higher than today, albeit it way back in September 2015. Best effort since then was from today's mark last time out and interesting that top jockey comes back for more. Could go well from good draw.
A maiden after 15 starts, but did come closest to breaking his duck at this track over 6f in June when beaten a short head from 1lb higher. Was competitive from that same mark last time, so could get involved, although appears best over further than this.
Struggled to get competitive in her first seven handicap starts until sliding to a mark of 45 and finishing runner-up at Wolverhampton in March. Couldn't build on that from 1lb higher at Chelmsford last time and now tries this venue. Plenty to prove.
Has made the frame just once in 20 outings and was last of six on her only previous visit here. Her last three runs all leave her plenty to find here and she is impossible to recommend for the time being.
Forecasts
Wattaboutsteve (7/2), Dandilion (5/1), Pharoh Jake (5/1), Bubbly Bailey (6/1), Camino (7/1), Vale Of Flight (8/1), Frangarry (9/1), Foxford (11/1), Eland Ally (20/1), Barnsdale (50/1)
Poor fayre where Pharoh Jake might be capable of picking up some prize money and Frangarry would be very interesting if there is any money for him. Dandilion is one who has at least managed a win this year and can get competitive, though the tentative choice is BUBBLY BAILEY. Silvestre De Sousa was on board last time and that was a decent effort from today's mark, so perhaps he can get it right this time.
- Bubbly Bailey
- Pharoh Jake
- Frangarry
