Signs of temperament in the past and twice beaten under today's rider this year. Finished last of four over an extended 3m4f last time out. This looks stronger and he may struggle against a few of these.
Finished third in a cross-country event at Cheltenham in January but well beaten over the same C&D on good ground last month. Returns to regulation fences here and attempting to follow up 2016's success in this race off a 2lb higher mark today.
Finished third over an extended 3m6f at Exeter on his penultimate start on good-to-soft ground in February. Beaten 13L into seventh when sent off favourite for the Midlands Grand National subsequently and this drop in trip shouldn't inconvenience him too much.
Successful off a 3lb lower mark over 2m4f at Wincanton (soft) in February 2016. Disappointing since finishing fourth here in November but well handicapped if return to old form.
Finished second on all three outings since switching to this stable last year. Latest of those came over 3m1f at Wincanton last month whilst he's also placed at Sandown over 3m5f and is likely to play a leading role today.
Winner on his debut for this stable over 2m5f at Fontwell in October. Well beaten on all three starts since finishing runner-up over 3m3f at the same track the following month and a bit to prove having pulled up last time out.
Failed to complete on three of his last four outings. Prominent when falling in a 3m contest on good ground at Fakenham last time out but did run well twice here earlier in the season including when successful off an 8lb lower mark over 3m1f in October.
Placed on all three outings since having a visor fitted including when 5L third at Bangor on good-to-soft ground last month. Has won over an extended 3m5f in the past but all five victories have come on soft or heavy ground.
Consistent performer and stays well having finished runner-up over 4m1f at Musselburgh in a valuable contest in early Feburary. Pulled up dropped back in tip to 3m on soft ground at Warwick subsequently and interesting if putting that effort behind him.
Signs of a return to form when finishing runner-up under an amateur rider over 3m on soft ground at Exeter last month. Dropped 2lb for that effort he appears to have a bit to find with the principals here.

Forecasts
Doing Fine (3/1), Spookydooky (9/2), Fourth Act (6/1), Azure Fly (7/1), Zerachiel (8/1), Any Currency (12/1), Fergal Mael Duin (12/1), Millicent Silver (12/1), Troika Steppes (12/1), Port Melon (14/1), Ugolin De Beaumont (16/1), Global Power (25/1)
SPOOKYDOOKY ran well at Exeter on his penultimate outing and was hampered when finishing down the field at Uttoxeter subsequently. The selection is now rated 4lb lower than for his most recent success and with the trip likely to suit he can get the better of the in form Doing Fine who has been placed on all three starts since moving to this yard. Zerachiel steps up in trip here but looked as if further would suit when winning at Exeter last month and he can claim third while Troika Steppes and Any Currency are others worth of consideration in this contest.
