Showed plenty of ability to win a bumper and a maiden hurdle but has yet to deliver on that promise in handicaps, despite attracting money at Fontwell last time. Drop in grade and a longer trip may work the oracle.
Looked a nice sort when winning a novice hurdle here (2m2f, good) in November, but it's all unravelled a bit since then. Signs of a revival when only beaten 12L at Stratford last time and dropped 5lb. Up in trip.
Recorded a smooth success at Ludlow (3m, good to soft) in November but not in the same form since off higher marks, though could be excused pulling up on heavy ground at Warwick last time out.
Won off a higher mark than this over a similar trip at Chepstow in October and, though he hasn't gone on, he hasn't been disgraced over much shorter recently. Possibilities now going back up in distance.
No impact in staying novice hurdle events and wasn't fluent when soundly beaten on his handicap debut at Wetherby in December. Yard in much better form now, however, and entitled to do better after a break.
Still a maiden but attracted some betting support when third at Taunton on his penultimate start off this mark over a shorter trip. Ran poorly over fences last time but again well backed, so not dismissed easily back over hurdles.
Three-time winning pointer, including twice under this rider, and has reached the frame in a series of staying chases this season on good ground or easier. Interesting to see him make just a second ever appearance over hurdles.
Has his limitations but surprisingly popped up with a win over 2m7f at Chepstow (2m7f, soft) last month before two heavy subsequent defeats off a revised mark on better ground. Opposable on balance.
Grand old stager who has gone 19 starts without a win since notching the second of just two career wins at Fontwell almost two years ago. He does nothing quickly but has dropped to a dangerous mark if putting best foot forward.
Winless for over three years but not disgraced on occasions last season when the mud was flying. Looked very one paced when beaten 15L behind Sutter's Mill over 3m at Chepstow last time and is always vulnerable to speedier types.
Nothing special in point-to-points, even though he has mustered a win, and beaten too far in a series of hurdle events to warrant serious consideration today.
Over two years now since he has tasted success and jumping technique has become a major issue to boot. Not entirely discredited the last twice but still an unlikely winner from well out of the handicap.

An open-looking race with Lillian, Tactical Manouvre and Tuffatthetop all holding pressing claims for differing reasons. You Too Pet is also of interest but any value may lie with CRAIGANEE who is feasibly-treated as he returns to a more suitable trip having shaped with a degree of encouragement over shorter more recently.
