Gets his first taste of Fibresand action here and has yet to win a race. Looks as though he needs some respite from the handicapper even at this modest level.

C&D winner on three occasions and tends to run better here than anywhere else. Latest run over 7f was better than most recent efforts but he's not the most consistent and no banker to follow up that run.

Needs to come back to form on a surface which his pedigree suggests will suit. Falling down the ratings rapidly (rated 80 in mid-2015) and showed last time out that some ability remains.

Another that has tumbled down the weights but showed very little in his two starts here recently. Showed more last time out in a hood (retained here) and if the old ability remains then the mark is very tempting.

Only career win came her on the Fibresand over a mile off a mark of 52 and has run a few other solid enough races on the surface. Ran one of his best races on his penultimate start but failed to back that up last time out.

Still yet to win a race but has been placed on this surface over 6f. Travels well in his races and this race offers him another decent chance of getting off the mark if he can finish his race off this time around.

Ran poorly in a first-time hood on stable debut at this track and has been rather inconsistent in subsequent runs. Other preferred here.

Three-time winner on the AW and has been placed here once from just a couple of starts. Inconsistent overall though and despite a sound enough run last time out he's not sure to back that up.

Eight runs so far without a placing probably tells the story of the chance of this one here and it would be a major surprise to see him even placed with the blinkers on for the first time.

Forecasts

Prince of Time (6/4), Spryt (11/2), Trust Me Boy (7/1), Caledonian Gold (15/2), Moi Aussie (8/1), Rupert Boy (10/1), Harbour Patrol (10/1), Cuban Queen (12/1), Lutine Charlie (14/1), Wotabond (33/1)

Verdict

A difficult opening to the card with some that have slipped to tempting marks if they came back to form with Spryt amongst those and Trust Me Boy another who can run well here but is an inconsistent sort overall. Harbour Patrol is another who could well bounce back to form here but the safest option looks to be PRINCE OF TIME. He’s a strong traveller who if he can finish his race of this time looks to have a good chance of this mark.
  1. Prince of Time
  2. Harbour Patrol
  3. Spryt
