Well below form last time out over further at this track but that was a rare poor effort. Appeals as the type that can bounce back to form over a more suitable trip although he does look better in cheekpieces than a visor.
Likes to lead and has shown some consistent form on the AW although this mark is starting to look beyond her. Not sure to get the run of the race but her form gives her a place chance.
Regular around this course (five-time winner) and very at home over this C&D. Seen to good effect last time out around here and usually runs his race at this track and trip.
On a roll of late winning three of his last five races, the last one over C&D (beat Attain) and showed a fair turn of foot to win last time out. Up 5lb for that win but the handicapper might not yet have fully got him in his grasp.
Still a maiden but has run a couple of good races here on the AW off similar marks over shorter. Returns from a long break and others likely to have the edge in fitness.
Won over C&D in early January off a 3lb lower mark and ran well enough here last time out. Has work to do with a couple of rivals based on that run though and can be slow away.
Fairly useful handicapper who has yet to win on the AW. Ran well enough with a visor on for the first time last time out but has had enough chances off this sort of mark.
Not seen on the Flat for a while now but has been successful twice in the interim over hurdles. Has won twice on the AW at Wolverhampton and only 2lb above his last winning mark although can be slightly quirky.
0/2 over C&D but is a course winner although does look a little below his best at present. Has work to several of his rivals here based on her last run.
Winning hurdler but has been well held on three AW starts of late and although the handicapper is relenting others are preferred.

Bamako Du Chatelet and Miss Tiger Lily are two consistent sorts with Attain also coming under that same heading although all of that trio will have to find a little improvement to win this. The Way You Dance comes back from a successful spell of hurdling to run on the Flat and he’s still quite nicely handicapped in this sphere. SYNODIC is in a rich vein of form though and although he’s up in the weights again the handicapper is struggling to fully get hold of him and his smart turn of foot will stand him in good stead as he bids for a hat-trick.
