Sole victory came over C&D in a maiden but beaten in four handicap starts since. Only narrowly defeated last time at Lingfield though and return to this track and trip looks in his favour. Unwise to dismiss.
Something of a Southwell specialist having recorded four wins from six starts at the course. May not prove quite as effective on Polytrack debut but he's relatively consistent and should give his running once again.
Course winner unplaced on last seven starts. Likely to come on for recent reappearance here and drop in class ought to help see him get a little closer this time around.
Ran well in a Group 3 in a former life in Ireland but not up to anything like that level in recent times and not recorded a win since 2014. Losing run stretched to 19 last time but this trainer usually gets this sort competitive again at some stage and he has a decent record at the track. One of the more interesting runners from a handy draw.
Proved he's just as effective on the AW as he is on turf last time out with a win at Wolverhampton. Had the run of the race to some extent there though and he won't find things as easy from the widest draw here.
Rattled off a hat-trick around this time last year and slowly getting back down towards that mark now after some harsh treatment from the handicapper. Reappearance was encouraging last time but five of his six AW wins have come around Lingfield and he may be of more interest when returned there.
Has gone off favourite or second favourite on each of his last five starts, finding at least one too good on each occasion and losing record stretches back to 2014. Also has a habit of missing the break so overall profile is unattractive despite being obviously well-handicapped. First-time blinkers replace the first-time cheekpieces tried last time.
Course winner but looks an inconsistent sort. Should come on for recent reappearance at Lingfield after having a winter break but hard to get a handle on whether he's well-handicapped or not and likely to need them to go too hard on the front end if he's to get involved.
Won turf handicaps at Leicester and Brighton last year, the latter off 68. Looks to be back on the sort of mark from which she can strike, although the minimum trip appears to be her optimum, so this step up to 7f is slightly puzzling and yard have been quiet of late.
Nine-time AW winner with his two most recent wins coming over C&D. Gets on well with this rider and market likely to reveal expectations after another short break.

Ivan Furtado is likely to find the key to INTENSICAL before long and he's going to prove well-handicapped when it all clicks into place. Magic City gets a 2lb swing in the weights and a superior draw to Tripartite who defeated him last time. The former's profile is unattractive, having been well-backed in the market on so many occasions but he should be thereabouts while the latter resumed his progress from last summer when last seen but will find life tougher from this draw (11).
