Seems to enjoy around here but all his victories have come over shorter and failed to back his performance up over this trip when favourite last time. Wide draw may also make life tough.
Won three starts back in August at Leicester over 7f after looking like a sprinter. Below form two starts back at this track and would need to travel with more fluency here to take a hand after disappointing last time.
First three runs not devoid of promise and performed respectably when placed here last time. Should be capable of progression.
Likely to have needed the run after a significant absence last time and this should reveal more but never won on the AW and needs to prove he retains all of his ability before becoming of interest again.
Not won since getting his head in front in a claimer in 2015 and barely beaten a rival home on last four starts. Needs the break to have done him plenty of good and gives the impression this trip stretches him.
Only two wins have come at Chelmsford and not been in much form on tapeta on last two starts. Needs to prove he is as effective around here.
Capable but overall record stands at just one win from 22 starts and that came over 6f. Been running okay over this sort of trip lately but likely to need more in a race as competitive as this.
Unplaced on all six starts to date with best efforts coming at Southwell over shorter. Doesn't look the most straight-forward type and trainer has had just two winners from 43 runners on the AW.
Looks a modest sort with just one piece of relatively solid form to his name at Newcastle on his last start in 2016. Well beaten in three subsequent starts, twice on this surface at Newcastle but step back up in trip should at least aid his cause.
Unplaced on seven AW starts to date and showed nothing when last at this course earlier in the week. Has a tough draw to contend with and more likely to be of interest back on turf in the spring/summer.
Seven-time winner at this course and put up a gutsy display three starts back to take advantage of a low mark. Not quite in the same form at Newcastle the last twice but dangerous to rule out back here.
His only two career wins have come over C&D, most recent of those coming just over a year ago from a 5lb higher mark. Good third last time suggests he may be coming back in to form and he's certianly well-handicapped enough to take this if things drop right.
Shown very little on all five starts to date. Declared a non-runner for a race yesterday at Chelmsford but already shown she's ineffective around here.
Forecasts
Suitsus (9/4), Sir Lancelott (4/1), Vision Of Beauty (5/1), Cahar Fad (6/1), Einstein (8/1), Outlaw Torn (14/1), Marmalad (14/1), Frap (20/1), First Summer (20/1), Tulip Dress (22/1), Palindrome (40/1), Valantino Oyster (66/1), Somepink (100/1)
It's possible OUTLAW TORN could get an easy time of things on the front end and he's dangerous back at a track he has an excellent record at. Cahar Fad's performance last time out hinted at a return to form and he has two C&D wins to his name while Valantino Oyster is relatively low-mileage and should be capable of some progression.
1. Outlaw Torn
2. Cahar Fad
3. Valantino Oyster
