Has shown ability in three hurdle races over longer trips this season. Potential improver on handicap debut and market support would be significant.
Pulled up on final start last season and in both runs this term. Stable in good form but several others higher up the pecking order.
Three second places this year, the latest by a head in handicap hurdle at Huntingdon in March. Can go well fresh and looks capable of playing a leading role on reappearance.
Two hurdle wins in late 2014. Yet to score for current trainer. Pulled hard when decent fourth at Haydock last month and will have to settle better.
Improved to finish 50-1 third at Sandown in December but backwards step at Exeter next time when only eighth of 12. Yard in good form and could do better on this handicap debut.
Best run of short career when 25-1 second at Bangor last time (2m, good to soft). Stable going well this year and big run likely today.
Close fourth over C&D on handicap debut in November then placed at Fontwell. Failed to stay 3m at Ascot last time and set to do better today.
16-race maiden but not beaten far when 20-1 second in first-time hood at Taunton in December. Place prospects again.
Won two of seven starts over hurdles, including at Taunton (2m, good to firm) on latest outing. Forecast slower ground conditions might prevent him from following up in this stronger race.
Well backed on handicap debut at Musselburgh last month but beaten when falling at the last. That might have knocked his confidence.
Runner-up behind subsequent dual winner Bobbie Emerald on handicap debut at Ludlow in April. Well beaten at Warwick next time but stable going strongly and has to be considered.

Forecasts
Chieftain's Choice (9/2), Cashanova (9/2), North Hill (5/1), Grand Coureur (13/2), Magic Dancer (8/1), Jazzy (9/1), Cleni Wells (10/1), Keating (14/1), Alpine Secret (14/1), Keppel Isle (16/1), Peppay Le Pugh (20/1), Ashoka (40/1)
Alpine Secret is a potential improver on his handicap debut, as is the Philip Hobbs-trained Keating. Grand Coureur and Magic Dancer are also respected in a competitive opener but the vote goes to the reappearing NORTH HILL who represents a stable in fantastic form.
1. North Hill
2. Keating
3. Grand Coureur
