Still a maiden but went close at Southwell in December when finishing second off a mark of 61 over a furlong shorter. Failed to match that form over C&D last time out when a disappointing sixth off the same mark and now 4lb higher.
Has some fair form to his name and made his fibresand debut last week without his usual hood. Headgear is now returned and there was enough promise in his last run to expect a little better here as he step us in trip.
In really good form of late and not out of the first two in his last four starts. Took well to this surface on his first attempt last week over C&D and likely to go well again under a 6lb penalty.
Placed on a couple of occasions at Southwell in the past, was second on his last start here. Won at Thirsk in April off a 3lb lower mark but not really lived up to that run since and just a fair fourth on his latest start.
Fairly lightly raced maiden who showed his best form last time out at Kempton over 1m4f. Has had a couple of tries on this surface and looks as though he acts on it but has looked a touch slow and may well need further yet.
Maiden who had his first two runs at Southwell over much shorter trips. Had a couple of tries in handicaps both on turf and not seen since July; could well be found out for race fitness.
Still a maiden after 11 starts with eight of the coming on the AW. Just the one try at Southwell over a mile when third and two previous tries at this trip have not been successful. Something to find given that evidence.

Some disappointing types in this race with unconvincing profiles and this may well be best left to the in-form and seemingly progressive MY RENAISSANCE who has now proved himself on the surface. What Usain showed a little promise last time out and could show more over this longer trip. Jessica Jo looks to have something to find on form but she's a genuine if rather limited sort.
