EXCEL AGAIN cost a pretty penny as a yearling and he's narrowly preferred to another debutante, William Sayle. The former is bred to be effective on this surface and his trainer does well with his younger horses while the latter may prefer a little further with time. Tibibit looks capable of running a place if breaking on terms.
