Ran okay two starts back but disappointing when well backed last time and still two pounds above her highest winning mark. Not counted out in a weak contest such as this but not one to be overly-enthusiastic about.

Losing run stretches back to September 2015 but that win did come over C&D. Not been in good enough form to take advantage of what's looking like a generous mark recently though and she needs to bounce back.

Managed to capitalise on a career-low mark when recording her sole victory at Chelmsford back in September; looks like the handicapper might have her measure at present though and possibly flattered by finishing position last time out.

Drops markedly down in trip here and this looks more suitable than the mile tried on last two starts. Showed some speed from the gate on last start and this mark could prove lenient.

Narrowly prevailed last time at Kempton and place claims if turning up in that kind of form. May need more for win purposes though and has struggled from marks above 60 in the past. Interesting to see what the market makes of her after an absence.

Well handicapped on old form and duly delivered last time with a simple enough win. Managed to dominate from the front there and not impossible she can do that again around here under a penalty now she's proved she stays 6f.

Forecasts

Tell A Story (2/1), Be Royale (7/2), Beau Mistral (4/1), Last Star Falling (5/1), Assertive Agent (7/1), Penny Dreadful (10/1)

Verdict

Tony Carroll has two in here but it's BEAU MISTRAL who looks to have stronger claims. She dominated from the front last time and there's no reason she won't do that again here over rivals who have questions marks hanging over them. Stablemate Assertive Agent may be capable of running a place if fit after a break and Tell A Story is dangerous to dismiss dropped right down in trip on handicap debut. 1. Beau Mistral 2. Tell A Story 3. Assertive Agent
