There's £50,000 on offer in this weekend's free-to-play ITV7 and Dave Smith has the guide you need for the crucial races.

13:50 Wincanton - Richard Barber Memorial Mares' Handicap Hurdle (Class 2)

A competitive race for the mares with top weight LITTERALE CI taking the eye. She had four runs over the summer in both codes and blew the cobwebs away after a 67-day break with victory at Exeter in October. She goes back up in trip for this but with an extra 5lb taken off she could be overlooked.

14:05 Aintree - Virgin Bet Handicap Chase (Class 2)

Trappy stuff in Liverpool with the best recent form on offer arguably Cepage's second in behind Frodon at HQ last December. He hasn't had a run this year so that leads to BIGMARTRE. He should strip fitter for having had a run at this course (though he was heavily beaten) and back down in more realistic company and with some fences to jump, he could be on a dangerous mark.

14:25 Wincanton - John Romans Park Homes 'Rising Stars' Novices' Chase (Grade 2) (Class 1)

RESERVE TANK will be a warm order and is hard to oppose in this company. He has 4lb in hand on official ratings against his closest rival and therefore makes a solid proposition. If You Say Run will be next best.

14:40 Aintree - Pertemps Network (Supporting BTRC) Handicap Hurdle (Class 2)

This should be a decent test of stamina with DIOMEDE DES MOTTES heading the shortlist. He will have to post a career best to gain success, but he ran well when significantly upped in grade over an inadequate trip last time out.

15:00 Wincanton - Unibet Elite Hurdle (Grade 2) (Class 1)

On all known form FUSIL RAFFLES should take all the beating. Grand Sancy was comfortably beaten by Fakir D'oudairies in the Sky Bet Supreme at Cheltenham and the selection comfortably beat him when last seen. He's 3lb well-in on official ratings and should take this barring accidents.

15:15 Aintree - Bet And Watch At Virgin Bet Hurdle (Class 2)

This has shaped into a small-field but competitive affair. Top Notch is an admirable animal and will surely run a strong race but ROKSANA has franked the form of her somewhat fortunate Festival victory. She'll be a warm order at the top of the market and can take this.

15:35 Wincanton - Badger Beers Silver Trophy Handicap Chase (Listed) (Class 1)

A very competitive renewal of this handicap can go the way of ROCK THE KASBAH who goes well fresh and is off a workable mark. Although he's nine years-old he hasn't had a particularly heavy career so may still have improvement left. The Young Master and Royal Vacation make up the shortlist.
