Verdict

XERLING will likely be tough to beat if reproducing the form she showed when runner-up on her Navan reappearance. Willie McCreery has a good record in this race so his newcomer Osterode is an interesting contender, particularly as Billy Lee, who rides the majority from the powerful Paddy Twomey yard, is on her rather than that stable's new recruit Khafar.
