Verdict

Little form to go on so the market should reveal plenty. Hugo Palmer's juveniles are in excellent form so his well-related Dark Angel filly CALIFORNIAN ANGEL is taken to make a winning start at the chief expense of fellow newcomer Primal, who is also bred to be well above average. Menhaal was sent off odds on when seventh on his recent Newbury debut and could emerge as the pick of those with experience with better expected here.

  1. CALIFORNIAN ANGEL
  2. PRIMAL
  3. MENHAAL (IRE)
