Verdict

THE STORE BOY made an encouraging start to his career when third at Tramore in May and can strike at the second time of asking. Andrew Slattery's Parnell Street has achieved enough in bumpers to think he can make his mark in a race like this now hurdling The Big Clubman split a couple who've been placed in bumpers when second in a point last year and also makes the shortlist. The selection's stablemate King's Bucks would also need considering if showing up here rather than Galway on Saturday.

  1. THE STORE BOY
  2. PARNELL STREET (IRE)
  3. THE BIG CLUBMAN (IRE)
