The key piece of form here is the C&D race 17 days ago in which Gold Mountain, Bubble O'Clock and FENLONS COURT finished second, third and fourth. They all ran creditably but marginal preference is for the latter who was made favourite but shaped as though the run would bring him on when staying on well to be never nearer than at the finish. Both Gold Mountain and Bubble O'Clock are feared in what might be a tight race. Murray Mount ran with promise on his first start back at Bangor and will be on the premises, while the veteran mare Barton Rose is not out of it after 11 months off as she has run some good races first time out in the past.
