Forecast

Grand Bazaar (5/2), Sorrel (3/1), Hlaitan (9/2), Lord Neidin (6/1), Tulip Fields (7/1), Star Of Wells (14/1), Junkanoo (16/1), Utopian Lad (16/1), Dirty Dancer (25/1), Hurricane Alex (33/1)

Verdict

Three-year-old handicaps are never easy to solve and this one with eight making their debuts in this sphere is no exception. Ralph Beckett is 4-8 in 3yo handicaps this year meaning his Dirty Dancer should be respected but the suggestion is SORREL who with just two runs for the handicapper to work with must be very hard to assess, her pedigree giving a strong hint she will be better as a 3yo at this trip. Alan King 2-3 this year in 3yo handicaps saddles Lord Neiden and he can’t be ignored with the family well known to the card. Grand Bazaar and Junkanoo are two others that we are yet to see the best of and any market confidence should be taken note of.
  1. Sorrel
  2. Lord Neidin
  3. Junkanoo
