False Id (16/5), Abie's Hollow (4/1), Mac Ailey (9/2), Queen Mia (11/2), Liva (6/1), Shaffire (8/1), Final Attack (12/1), Confab (12/1), Melabi (22/1), Tarbeyah (28/1), Boston T Party (50/1), Byron Green (100/1)
FALSE ID has shown much more consistency of late and if able to carry on that run then the gelding may prove too strong for his rivals in this weak looking contest. The seven-year-old loves it around here and rarely runs a bad race. His handicap mark seems reasonable at present. Topweight Mac Ailey deserves respect given the way he won at Yarmouth two starts ago and he has already proved he handles this surface. Shaffire looked as though she needed the run recently at Chelmsford and if taking to this surface holds every chance.
