Verdict

A tricky race to start proceedings with consistency a predictably hard quality to come by. Port Soif has ran well below-par the last twice, but prior to returning from a three-month break she had been a reliable performer over this C&D and is surely capable of better. Many of the rest of the field can be confidently ruled out, but not CLIPSHAM TIGER and Dutch Artist who recently met at Chelmsford. The former had the latter comfortably in behind that day, and is expected to confirm the form. However, it is likely the latter will get closer to the selection given he receives an 8lb swing in his favour.
  1. Clipsham Tiger
  2. Port Soif
  3. Dutch Artist
