Forecasts

War Brigade (3/1), Rake's Progress (4/1), Sufi (13/2), Banksy's Art (15/2), Me Too Nagasaki (9/1), Arlecchino's Arc (9/1), Give Him Time (10/1), Horatio Star (10/1), Stormingin (12/1), El Borracho (14/1), Makambe (20/1), Amanto (25/1), New Agenda (25/1), Lyrica's Lion (25/1)

Verdict

Given the rain that fell during racing on Friday, a check of conditions is advised. The consistent Sufi may not relish a soft surface while Lyrica's Lion could offset a poor draw by going well in such a scenario. GIVE HIM TIME responded well to cheekpieces at Newbury last time and has placed here on soft ground from his four previous starts in this sphere, he's given a tentative nod to build on that recent showing. Makambe rather blew his chance at the start last time but should bounce back with Oisin Murphy taking over while Me Too Nagasaki is another with form on testing going and is worth a betting check now tackling this sort of trip for the first time.
  1. Give Him Time
  2. Makambe
  3. Me Too Nagasaki
