Verdict

Soft ground and a big field of essentially moderate horses, some of whom will no doubt be late developers makes this a potentially very difficult puzzle to solve. However, we'll focus upon those drawn high with the likes of the feasibly handicapped Dancing Rave (13) and Highjacked (15) both figuring on the radar as possible winners, whilst Timetodock (who has solid form) is taken on from stall 2. Perhaps the most logical approach is to keep things simple and rely on the Ollie Pears-trained LEXIKON (12) who has been displaying plenty of early speed over 1m, and could realistically make every single yard of the running now dropped back in trip to 6f.
  1. Lexikon
  2. Dancing Rave
  3. Highjacked
