He'll be all the wiser for that outing and, with trainer in red-hot form, can go one better here. Imperial Esprit was second over C&D on debut and is next-best from those that have run ahead of Donladd, who shaped nicely under a patient ride at Bangor first up. Newcomers Orrisdale, Storm Force Ben and Connect Four all need close attention in the betting.
