Top-weight Valtor also reportedly has that race on the agenda but has been hit with a swift hike in the weights (12lb) since producing a most taking display in Ascot's Listed Silver Cup. Captain Redbeard has a fine overall Haydock record (race runner-up in 2018) so should be considered along with the improving Red Infantry. However, the visored Tommy Whittle Chase winner DAKLONDIKE should relish this extra yardage and is taken to confirm those placings with the lowly-weighted Ballyarthur.
