SOUTH PACIFIC can build on his two eye-catching starts, both a Gowran Park, when finishing second in a couple of contests where the form appears to be working out nicely. The main danger to the selection is likely to be Edessann who is sure to improve on debut at Gowran Park in August, when third of 11, a race that has seen the fourth, Trethias and the sixth, Western Australia subsequently win a couple of maiden events. Elite Trooper Grey and Han Solo are capable of hitting the frame on their third starts.
