Verdict

It is hard to be enthusiastic about any of these, but a chance is taken that MOI AUSSIE will improve for his second run back from a break and the switch to a faster surface. He is down to roughly the same mark as the first of two back to back victories last term and that may be enough to see him home in front. Tasaaboq has been expensive to follow of late but would be expected to go close with a good break and Binky Blue is a consistent mare who has been given a chance by the handicapper. In contrast Prince Jai has work to do from this mark, but has been going well lately. Burauq tried to take advantage of an opportunity to run off his old mark last time, but came up short. He is unproven at the trip but his latest effort makes this a worthwhile venture. Broughtons Fancy is just 1lb above his last winning mark and the return of cheekpieces may help him to an improved effort.
  1. Moi Aussie
