BOCASIEN DESBOIS posted a much improved handicap effort at Newcastle on Friday when splitting in-form rivals Chu Chu Percy and Triopas, so there's every chance that he's well treated off his current mark. 2m3f around here certainly wouldn't be his ideal test, but he handles decent ground and this looks far too good an opportunity to spurn. Manny Owens should have races in him from his current mark, but he finished tamely at Southwell (2m), so this extra 3f is a slight concern, but he should be in the shake-up along with both Romulus Du Donjon and Jokers And Rogues.
