Verdict

Trainer Niall Madden can take this competitive looking handicap hurdle with Listowel winner TRAVERTINE. The selection races off a 6lb higher mark today but hails from a yard who have been in form recently and on forecast ground that should be in his favour. Of the seven-year-old's rivals in this Dawn Raider won comfortably on his return to handicap company at Killarney last month while the youngster Theydon Park, runner-up on his last three outings and King Leon who was a winner over fences last are others worthy of consideration today.
  1. Travertine
  2. Dawn Raider
  3. Theydon Park
